We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ResumeCraft AI for your personal job search and career development. You may not:

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create (resumes, cover letters). You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content to provide our service.

Our Content: ResumeCraft AI, including templates, designs, code, and AI-generated content (when you request it), is owned by ResumeCraft AI or licensed from third parties. You may use our templates for personal resumes, but cannot redistribute them.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• • Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features (resume generation, bullet enhancement, cover letter writing) use OpenAI's API to generate content based on your input. Generated content is provided "as-is" without warranty. You are responsible for:

• • Reviewing and editing AI-generated content for accuracy
• • Ensuring content is truthful and appropriate
• • Understanding that AI may produce errors or inaccuracies

We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content without proper review.

7. Payment and Subscription

Free Plan: The free plan is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeCraft AI is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).

10. Service Interruption

We strive to keep ResumeCraft AI available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

ResumeCraft AI may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
